1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Fruiitiva. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All our products are natural dehydrated fruits with no added sugar or preservatives. Product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations in colour or size may occur due to the natural nature of our ingredients.

3. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD acceptance.

4. Shipping We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary by location. Fruiitiva is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

No Refund & No Return Policy All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at fruiitivastore@gmail.com.
